The front desk receptionist, Naomi, was beyond helpful and referred us to another clinic that accepted our child’s ACC case. We are tourist visiting and she was so kind to give us another information’s clinic in order to not have a big medical bill since they are a private clinic. She didn’t have to do any of that and we are so grateful for her help! We highly recommend Silverdale Medical!
Fantastic experience on Saturday. We aren't members here, but needed to use the urgent service. We were told upfront that the cost was $210, which I understand is expensive - however, it was well worth it for the service. We saw a lovely nurse upon arrival. Then only had to wait about 10 mins before being seen by the doctor I know we likely got very lucky with suh a short wait time. We saw Dr Naomi. She was very compassionate, extremely knowledgable and very thorough. She took her time to explain things, and at no point did we feel rushed by her.nIn total we spent a few hours at the clinic due to needing a drip, and injection etc - but the reception staff, nurses and doctor were all oustanding. Money well spent in my opinion!
Quite expensive for my elderly neighbour and a Loooong a wait for a 6 minute consult, and specialist recommendation. Suggest you go to your own GP, who is more familiar with patient, and 2nd opinion. Too easy to just be referred, and next patient please.nnNoted, front end Staff were friendly and helpful.
So lucky to have been seen by two incredible nurses tonight. What an asset to the centre. Amazing interpersonal skills, saw me and remedied my stressful issue quickly and professionally. Although so efficient, what stood out most to me tonight was their kindness. The front desk were also friendly and helpful.nSpecial mention and thanks to special Nurses Chrisy and Georgia.
This practice has improved immensely over the past year. Dr Isabelle Duck is fantastic — professional, caring, and always takes the time to listen. The urgent care service, while a bit expensive, has been excellent in my experience - it beats an 8 hour wait in the emergency room. I’ve also had great care from Dr Ollie Walton, Dr Naomi Bell, and all of the nurses, who are consistently kind and supportive.nnThere can occasionally be some communication hiccups with the administration team, which can make things a little challenging at times, but these are usually sorted out fairly quickly.nnOverall, the quality of care has improved a lot, In the past I haven’t always had the best experiences with this practice, but over the last year they have definitely improved and really upped their game and I appreciate the effort the team has clearly put in. Keep up the great work, Silverdale Medical.
