Not helped by their systems. I appreciated that one staff member undermined the other, but ultimately he was wrong. Seems they cant count. Never should have believed them and made the half hour wasted trip. I hate you Spark.
Really disappointing service. Came in needing a phone repair. Told by member of staff I don't have authority over the account, I bought the phone, I set up the account but they wouldn't hear of it. 4 staff standing around no one bothering to come over even when I asked for the manager. I left only to get called 15 minutes later saying I can bring the phone back, I am on the account, they were looking in the wrong place on the account details. Sort out your staff training Spark.
