Bought 14 Pro Max. Good price, great condition, fast delivery, works perfectly.nOnly con is it knows its got a non-standard screen. Remains to be seen if that will be an issue. Former refurb phone had non-std battery and Apple wouldn't let ios update, until new Apple Battery fitted. Hopefully this won't be similar.
WARRANTY NOT HONOURED – MISLEADING CLAIMS ABOUT CONDITIONnnI purchased a phone from Mobile City three days ago, paying extra for a device advertised as being in “excellent condition.” Despite this, the phone developed a fault within three days of purchase. The store refused to honor the 3-month warranty, claiming the issue was due to “physical damage.” This is incorrect, as the phone was never dropped, exposed to water, or mishandled.nnTo confirm, we had the device assessed by an Apple technician, who verified that the fault is related to the LCD and not caused by physical damage. Despite this independent assessment, Mobile City declined to provide warranty support.nnIt is concerning that a phone sold as “excellent condition” could fail so quickly, and the warranty offered was not upheld. Photos have been attached as proof. I would caution others to carefully consider before purchasing from this store.
