Tried the s/pen for any faults with self photos and writing & works flawless.nPrice wise it was high but comes with charger & block ,free screen protection that they installed & case plus the general 1 yr warranty.nI purchase a few phones and tablets over the years from mobile city & with no worries and staff always happy to rectify any issues.nIn regards to refurbished products from here. It's one of the best.nAnd im doing my service for the environment as well.
I had a great experience at Mobile City thanks to Grayson. He has excellent knowledge about mobile phones and was incredibly helpful when we had questions. Since we didn’t understand much at first, we asked him for advice, and he patiently explained everything to us in a clear and friendly way. I’ve always been skeptical about buying pre owned phones from third party sellers. This was actually my first time and yeah, I definitely overthought it.nnI originally ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB knowing it had aftermarket parts and no Face ID. I thought I’d be fine with that and honestly, I was, but something about the replaced screen kept bothering me. My mind just kept running, how bad was the original damage? Was it dropped? Worse? I couldn’t shake that feeling.nnSo, I reached out to Mobile City and spoke with Ariel. Even though I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted at first, they were patient and understanding while I figured it out. Later that same night, I decided to go ahead and request an exchange for a unit that hadn’t been serviced.nnNow I’ve received the replacement and it even came with a screen protector already on, which was a nice touch.nnI just want to say thank you to Mobile City, and especially to Ariel, for being so accommodating throughout the whole process. It genuinely meant a lot. The positive things people say about you are definitely true.nnThaaaank yoouuu!
Facts: I NEVER PHONED YOU. It was done by EMAIL ONLY and the OFFER was NOT A RANGE it was a flat $1250 not $200, and not $250, and Yes... of course you have to check the device - but when you did ... you verbally confirmed it was in excellent condition. You must have me confused with another Client that you did this to but over the phone and not email. Thank you.nnDon’t use their online trade-in value service. Once I got there the guy agreed my iPhone was in immaculate condition… and still lowered the trade-in price by $250 without even telling me - he just rung it up less $250. Just doubly confirm everything with them before you purchase or you could lose some money. Quality products but I won’t go back.
