Bruce and Steve at Spa Pools Otago have a fantastic variety of Spa Pools and an extensive knowledge of spas which helped us to select the perfect spa for us at an affordable price. The whole process was easy and seamless right from purchase to delivery which included Spa Pools Otago booking a crane to lift ours spa over large trees into its final position, setting up and an introduction into spa care. We love our spa and use it frequently with minimal maintenance required. There is nothing better than hopping in for a long soak after a work out or long day. We recently purchased a MySpa flume pool from Spa Pools Otago. Wow, what a wonderful experience it was, from the first tentative enquiry through to the support given even now, a few weeks after installation. Steve was very professional and thorough and we felt understood and confident the right pool would be delivered. Bruce was very accessible and easy to work with and gave us plenty of confidence that we had chosen the right product and placement. There was excellent help with site selection and preparation of the concrete pad. Once the pool arrived, we were able to swim in it the very next day and that first swim was wonderful. The experience in a flume pool was easy to adapt to and now I swim most days. The jets produce a very even flow and don't throw you outside of the stream. The seats with plenty of massage options are great to use and we feel refreshed after our daily swim. Our adult kids love it too as do the Grand baby. So far we have not had any problems and when we have a question, it is quickly answered.We would highly recommend Spa Pools Otago, Steve and Bruce and Sapphire Spas. We would recommend anyone with a dream to own their own swimming pool in Dunedin to consider this option.
