I've never experienced good service in this store. Often when I walk in staff are either out the back or chatting in a corner of the store. No offers of help to locate items or even a greeting. I went in to buy a bottle last week. I approached the counter and greeted an older woman who seemed highly put out that she had to stop what she was doing to serve me. No smile or banter. Just a cold transaction. I wouldn't rush back.

Very little knowledge from staff about stock. I went to buy low alcohol beer. Their range was minimal and only available in 12 packs. Pretty bad in these times.

Was looking for a special gift that's hard to find and this outlet had the exact brand I needed.

Great range across the board, spirits, wines, and beers. Ideal place for that special tipple you want to find. Only thing not 5 stars is service is highly variable, can be great, can be really average. Certainly worth a look.

Fantastic customer service when i went in to ask for non-alcoholic beer and some suggestions for a local beer brewer. Can’t recommend better for the helpfulness and assistance, recommend this place to locals and travellers alike, i will be back!!!!

It has booze, lots of it in a giant warehouse on Dunedin. It is possible to refill bottles with craft beer. Erm, that's it.
