Very glad we chose Southbrook Autos for the pre-purchase check of our vehicle! Despite having some issues during the check, these people really took responsibility for it and helped us very well - even tough some time had already passed! All in all, very pleased with the service! Would recommend!
Would strongly suggest finding a different mechanic. I have recently been the unfortunate driver of a car worked on by Southbrook Autos. The car drove perfectly before they worked on it and is now horrible to drive. Despite taking it back to them to rectify the issue and getting no result just more problems. Very fortunate I’m not the one having to deal with them to get the issue sorted.
First time customer. Had an issue with my front suspension, good communication throughout and problem rectified with minimum fuss. Great service with friendly staff. Will certainly use this business going forward.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costsnnI had my brakes and tyres done, noticed a wobble, and booked a follow-up with a courtesy car—which they didn’t have when I arrived. They serviced the car but didn’t fix the wobble. After asking again, they only balanced two tyres, and the wobble persisted. I went to Tony’s ats southbrooks expense as i had no trust in southbrook autos to rectify the issue, who found two defective tyres and poor balancing. They moved the defective tyres to the back, but it didn’t solve it. Now Lisa is asking for yet another chance to fix it. There is no chance I'll be letting these cowboys near my car in the future they had there chance to rectify the issue and they stuffed that up as well.
Had a terrific experience here. Friendly and professional service at good pricing.
