Got a bad stone chip and cracks heading south of Blenheim a few days ago. Closest was Novus Rangiora without turning back to Blenheim. Novus fitted us in when we arrived and the young bloke who repaired it was quick and very efficient, so good I have trouble finding it. Great service from office ladies to staff.nA huge thankyou.nNoel.
Had a front window done through insurance, novus was very quick to respond, book me in and replace. Staff were very nice and kept me updated as well as I was away. Truck is nice and tidy and even took the extra time to reattach my phone mount, even though it was a stick on and didn’t think it’d be able to put back on.
Had a crack in windscreen. Insurance gave me two options. One a local car place which I thought would be easier as I work in the High St and secondly was Novus. The first couldn’t be bothered returning my call so I rang again and they couldn’t have been more unhelpful! Wld never go back for anything!!!! NOVUS on the other hand ! Crikey !! Booked sorted and done within a week ! They even had to shoot into ChCh to get a moulding for my specific screen! Fantastic service and great reception staff
Today I went to Novus Glass to repair my windshield and from the reception to the guys they were super friendly, and my car was in excellent condition and they did it super fast. I would definitely come back again
Many thanks for great serice in replacing windscreen in older type transit. To have rust repaired at same time. regards Mike
