Vehicle booked in for service and WoF after text reminders. Failed WoF after service due to rear light LED missing 3 spots, we immediately sourced the well known and stocked part across the road at repco narva light and fitted it ourselves. Assumed this would be attended to as part of servicing the vehicle.
Amazing service right from the first contact. Kimi service manager was very helpful to our service needs. The mechanic made contact to let us know what we needed to be done, and completed the job. Very happy with South Auckland motors Pukekohe would definitely go back thank you.
Happy with my car but the staff wasn’t the best. One lady gave me a quote $606.70 on how much it was going to cost after I told her exactly what I needed and what’s wrong with the car so I got the correct amount for the quote. Just for another lady to tell me I need to pay an additional $170. I was frustrated because I just had enough for the first amount.
Happy with service on vehicle but had a problem with drivers side seat belt and was told it would be two weeks before this could be fixed. This is a safety issue and i had to get it repaired elsewhere. SAM Pukekohe should cover cost of this as vehicle is under warranty. Disappointed with the attitude of the staff.
The service was second to none and a big thank you to Kimmy on reception and to the mechanics who managed to sort my service and warrant in record time inspire of staff shortages l. So grateful you you all for your kindness and consideration.
