Recently purchased a used Kia EV5 from Ebbet Pukekohe and was extremely happy with how it went. When coming to pick up a car, Ankur was delightful to deal with, quick and easy to communicate with and also was upfront about a damaged screen which was not noted in the advertisement. However, even before I could say anything, Ankur reassured us that this issue will be resolved. Two days later he confirmed that the full screen replacement has been approved and two weeks later I got my vehicle back and a completely new screen was installed. Just wanted to share my experience with dealing with Ebbet Pukekohe and Ankur specifically, thanks for everything!
I recently purchased a car from Ebbetts Pukekohe and my whole experience was better than i could have asked for. My Mum and I came in last week and we were looked after by Joel, who was incredibly helpful. As a teenage girl with very little knowledge about cars, i really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress free. There was never any pressure and he truly cared about me walking away happy. Rebecca was also amazing to deal with. She was extremely organised, communicated everything clearly, and had all the paperwork completed so efficiently making this super easy for us! The customer service from both Joel and Rebecca was outstanding and i’m very grateful for all their hard work. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience!

When there was a delay with our new car, they sorted us out with a courtesy car, which we really appreciated. I had a great experience with Joel Trappitt at Ebbett Pukehohe. I was looking for a slightly used SUV and he got creative and created a great deal for an MG - Vibe which is perfect for my needs. He was very professional and kind during our negotiation and I was happy with the deal we finalized. The car was prepared for pick-up and was in perfect order and full of petrol. Placed a deposit for a new car in March, consultant friendly and helpful, confirming pricing and availability - then after confirming payment, the immediately tried to switch-sell me to another model. Holding firm, they confirmed there was an error at their end - so it might take 10 weeks for the car to be delivered.nnDelay updates through April, May and June, but was told by the sales rep as soon as a car was allocated, I would be informed. Eventually receive a final invoice from their brand manager, with confirmation of car registration details with a note that it will be ready to pick up 24 hours after payment.nnCurious as to why I had not been contacted about a car being allocated, I replied to the brand manager - who responded that it had been allocated for months and copied in the sales consultant who was meant to give an update.nnNo response from the consultant either via email or phone. Eventually get a text saying they still do not have the car but they will follow up. Phone a few days later, she's out of the office but will call back tomorrow - and again does not respond. Whenever I speak to someone else, they just say there is no notes on my file, and I need to speak with my sales consultant as they are the only ones with the information.nn16 weeks since this saga began, I have paid in full for a new car - with conflicting reports from their team, an unresponsive sales consultant - and no trustworthy information on when this journey will end.nnI would say, if they have the car in stock - probably a great buy and they do have a great range / knowledge. But once the payment is made - my experience is they don't have any interest in wanting to deliver on promises made.
