Amazing Experience ,We bought our brand new Haval GT Ultra from Ebbett and what a great service we recieved.Can’t recommend Wayne at GWM highly enough. This guy is very relaxed and amazing to deal with. We love our new vehicle.We bought a Kia previously off Wayne and we recieved the same experience hence why we went back to Ebbett to see him. A full demo of vehicle was given also what was promised was delivered. Vehicle ETA was to be by the end of month but we recieved our New purchase 2 Weeks early. Just bought a near new Haval from the team at Ebbett Pukekohe. All I can say is that I would recommend others to consider using dealership if looking for a motor vehicle. This based on my on personal experience.nnThe first salesman 'W' was extremely helpful when I came into the yard and said I wanted to test drive the car for at least an hour. The next week I took it for another drive and negotiations began with 'D' becoming involved the following week.nNeedless to say, I purchased a car.nIt was given a full tank of gas, a nice gift from Ebbetts and a thorough walk through of the vehicle before I drove off.nnWe are quick to give sales people a bad wrap, however on this occasion the team at Ebbetts Pukekohe deserve a pat on the back. At no time did I feel pressured or hounded and they were willing to negotiate. Everyone happy.nnWill I use Ebbetts Pukekohe again, you bet
I took my MG4 in here today to have the headlights adjusted, as the MG dealer in Hamilon had not fixed them properly. These guys are superb. Such good service from the minute you walk in. Thank you to the friendly sales guys Mg and Nissan I spoke with, and the service team, who went above and beyond to. make sure I was happy. Thank You!!! GW
I have contemplated a few weeks whether this deserved a negative review and after calming down decided that it does. I had opted to do my recall and service here due to the ratings & award.nnWhen I spend over two grand to paint correct and ceramic coat my car at a professional detailer, I expect when I tell the service department not to wash my car that it is followed through. Less than a year into a 7 year coating where any scratches will need to be polished and recoated.nnNot only was my wish not adhered to, the way it was handled lacked remorse and more focused about how their machine doesn't scratch quality ceramic coating due to its technology. The provision of proof was on me that the issues were caused by the machine, a tedious conversation at no fault of mine.nnYour defense is saying most don't look at their car as closely as I do - someone that spent thousands on paint maintenance is not most people.nnAttached photo of invoice showing NO WASH with a stamp stating WASHED.
