Friendly helpful staff. Very central location to town. Tidy adequate rooms. There is a mobility accessible room with wet area shower. Only criticism is the owners should double glaze the windows when possible to reduce condensation and road noise.
A bit small but very clean and tidy
Nice, clean and tidy apartment. Nice view to the Mountains. Manager was very friendly, although we stayed one night I definitely recommend them.
I have booked this hotel via booking.com and unfortunately Auckland went to lockdown just few days before our travel so we have requested for reschedule but hotel not willing to reschedule and offered only 50% credit.. it is sad that they are not kind to people at this situation an not offering reschedule.
When your passionate about what you do it shines through
Not Recommended to book at least for 6 months or more because SnowHaven not consider to even to re shudule our bookings Due to Covid Lockdown, It is shame they are not even able to reshedule.
