Trying to make a booking was a nightmare and they not only didn't refit some trim properly but also caused damage to a 3 month old vehicle, and then tried to claim the trim was fitted correctly and that the damage was not from them. Also found more damage since, which they kept quiet about. Won't be using them and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
The Whakatane branch of Smith and Smith is well worth supporting. The team there are friendly, knowledgeable, and go that extra mile when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Easy booking, friendly staff @Whakatane. Shez was my technician and was helpful and informative..
Absolute joke of a company. Car failed wof for a stone chip. They Said they could repair and made it worse. So organised a new screen through insurance and booked in 25 days later for fitting only to have them send a message the day before claiming the new windscreen had been broken by the courier. For context there competitor booked in and replaced a windscreen on one of our other vehicles in the meantime.
