Words can’t explain how amazing Jacqui is. She is very knowledgeable and so willing to give advice on how to keep up the grooming between visits. Took a photo of what I wanted my baby to look like and she nailed it. 100% happy and she has a customer for life.

Such a happy dog now that all her hairs gone. Way too hot for long hair. Great cut for meg, thanks. Sorry she wouldn't sit still long enough for a great shot.

Jacqs is very friendly, professional, trustworthy and full of really helpful information and advice from grooming through to dog behaviour and training. She is very mindful of our dog, provides grooming suggestions to suit our particular breed of dog, and produces a top-notch groom every time. Highly recommend!

A total professional in every way.  Jacqui clearly knows her trade.   My dog arrived extremely overdue for a groom and came out with the best haircut he's ever had.  Very impressed and I will be using Smartpups Dog Grooming from now on.

Jacqui started grooming my dog in  2017. Lola never liked the groomers however Jacqs' gentle approach and caring manor has changed that. Great groomer with fantastic eye and  attention to detail. Really gets to know her clients and dogs and puts their needs first. With her veterinary nursing skills she is highly qualified to look after your precious one. Would highly recommend Smartpups Dog grooming.

Jackie has recently groomed my poodle/ Maltese pup. She did an excellent job, Jackie is very professional and obviously skilled at dog grooming, providing an excellent look as the finished product. My little dog seemed to feel very happy with herself after the grooming
