Pawsome Pups Grooming

Brought my 7 month Yorkshire terrier mix to Justin. He did an amazing job, not an easy task with a puppy that won't sit still. I am delighted with the results. Would highly recommend Dogsbody. Very professional service. Welcoming and friendly.

We used to get our cocker groomed here and he always came out looking amazing. Unfortunately we have moved away and have had a hard time finding a groomer that is half as good as Suzanne. Ronan will never look as good as he did after his grooms at Dogsbody . Suzanne is a gem!

Brought my Cavalier in and asked for short but to keep some length in the ears and tail. They basically just shaved her all over, including her ears, which now look absolutely ridiculous.

I will take good grooming, care for my dog and an appreciation of his needs any day over lip-service. I have a border terrier with really sensitive skin - can't handle any cosmetics etc without coming out in a nasty itchie rash, losing his hair and requiring topical steroids to remedy. I've had awful experiences in other groomers where they have all said they understood this and would behave accordingly, however until I found Suzanne, we have inevitably had to go to the vet for treatment post grooming. Though she may be curt on the phone and has pretty strict rules around her systems and requirements, I go back every time and recommend her to friends without reserve.

dogsbody took our Newfoundland in and we are obviously terrible at grooming but as her coat was bad due to Addison’s disease she gave us very sound advice and reluctantly we had her shorn ! All I can say is that it was exceptionally well done and she looks like a show dog we will never go to another groomers as they are difficult to groom but she looks like something from crufts extremely impressed !! They are simply the best at what they do and you pay for what you get x thanks Susan

Suzanne has been grooming my dogs for over twenty years and now Rosie my Yorkshire Terrier. The attention and care Suzanne and Tom give is second to none and they are both fantastic groomers. I know when I leave Rosie she will be well looked after and always looks fab when I pick her up.... Martina

I left a voicemail cancelling my appointment a week b4 my scheduled appt. I had actually called a number of times so as to actually speak to someone but was left with no choice but to leave a voicemail as they never answer the phone. Then my husband got a call on the morning the appt had been scheduled asking where the dog was. My husband apologized & said they must not have received our message. Suzanne was basically abusive on the call and said she would be charging us a cancellation fee. When my husband refused to pay a cancellation fee she said she wouldn’t groom the dog again......not very clever customer service! I always found her very rude even b4 this event.
