Andrew and the team are so quick to respond, punctual and deliver great workmanship and products. We are thrilled with the double roller blinds in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Blinds and would use them again.
After emailing and ringing numerous companies regarding a couple of small but necessary repairs , Andrew contacted me on Friday morning Arrangements were made after price agreed for Andrew to call in on Saturday to sort things out . Job done I thought !!! Next I have a text from home , Andrew called in on his way from one job to another He fixed the 2 problems , for the agreed price in double quick time WOW !!!! I contacted Smart Blinds as I was looking for venetian blinds at a reasonable price and I heard that these guys were amazing to work with from a close friend of mine. I was very impressed from start to finish with Andrew's communications with us and his recommendation that we make sure we were thoroughly informed regarding our choice of blind before making any decisions. There was no delay in delivery and everything was exactly how they said it would be! I have zero hesitation in recommending Smart Blinds to anyone looking for a fair deal in terms of choosing blinds for their property in Auckland.
Andrew and Gary has been prompt with quotes, installing the blinds and honoring the warranty. I have engaged them in more than 10+ jobs as we manage a rental portfolio. I do not have any complaints about them from our tenants about their conduct; they are always very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We have used Smart Blinds on many properties now and we have found the service and quality to be very good. Andrew and Gary are very friendly and will do their best for their clients. Keep up the good work!
After "fixing" our blind Andrew and his guy came and installed it. They left in a hurry and when we tried the blind could instantly tell it was not fixed properly. It does not open all the way up and the eyelets catch as they have used ones that are too big. Andrew returned to "fix" the problem only to tell us that the blind is old and that's why it's less than 2yrs old. He then stormed out saying I'm not going to touch it anymore. At least he had the decency to cancel the invoice.
Have engaged Smart Blinds for a number of jobs within my renovation project. Also repaired blinds quickly when my puppy chewed them. They are always on time and quality materials. Highly rate them! A++
We've always had excellent service from Smart Blinds. They're friendly, helpful, and know their products well. I highly recommend their blinds for both home & business.
I cannot speak worse of a company... Terrible customer service and overall quality of the product was poor. I tried multiple times to seek help from this business but was left on hold for over 30 minutes. In the end I was left with blinds that did not fit and an expensive bill as well! I will never go back to this company for anything! Terribly disappointed...
Andrew does a great job, found him to be very professional, reasonable and delivered a great quality product. Highly recommend.
