Helpful service and lovely product. We ordered our white woodefex venetian blinds during Level 3 in Auckland and installed them ourselves. There was quite a bit of back and forth before we ordered to make sure that we were getting it right, but customer service was quick to respond and really helpful. The installation instructions in the box were average, but we found instructions on the website that were much more clear.
Honestly, we struggled so much with this company it was a nightmare. It cost us over $700 more than we expected to pay to fix the blinds, and now we're buying curtains anyway because they are still awful - they're so poorly made and expensive! We ordered blackout blinds and installed them, only to find that there was a huge 3cm gap down the side where the light came through. The blind could move left to right in the window, it fit on the bracket but the big gap meant we weren't sleeping. The company blamed us but it turns out, they will always have the gap if you order inside the frame so I reordered bigger blinds and got the original blinds cut down to size to fit our other windows at huge expense. Then, 2 of our blinds fell apart, the company lost our order so when we drove the 45 minutes to pick them up and they made us wait for 2 hours while they made new ones. They installed the wrong chains, so they had to come back and fix them twice because they kept falling off the roll the blinds are literally just taped to the roll. That was their fix, some masking tape. They cut the blinds wrong, installed holes in our window frame twice, and then head to take them away and cut them down again because they didn't fit. And now, they are so wonky that they still let light in, so we're buying curtains anyway! Such a waste of money, I would absolutely order from somewhere else. It was a shambles, and even now the trimmings on the blinds keep falling off the little end caps just constantly come out. Priya, from their customer service team, was really lovely and helpful, but I would never order again.
Awesome service. I ordered ZipTrak PVC blinds for our deck and installed them myself. Everything went smoothly and there was great communication from Youngshin and her team. The quality of the blinds is great. I am absolutely loving having an outdoor area we can use in any weather! Thanks so much.
Great installers however appalling customer service and production quality. Blinds came out cut poorly, not straight on one side. When calling customer service, Youngshin, the owner, ignored what I was saying, asked to speak to the installer who said the exact same thing I had said. The issue was not the installation but the cutting of the blind. She is arrogant and just because she is the owner does not give her the right to speak to customers in a condescending way. Blinds were sent back, new ones came in cut straight but with fibre coming off all along the right side that I was told to burn with a lighter. NOT MY JOB!!! This is not the quality I expect when paying for product and installation.

Would not recommend Easy Blinds at all. Ordered over 6 months ago and still no confirmation of delivery time. Will not respond to calls and emails
Having contacted several companies for quotes Easy Blinds were the cheapest and responded over the christmas/holiday period within the day and even out of regular business hours, I collected them within the week and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the blinds were super easy to install and having seen their samples and range at HQ I will be returning to pick the rest of our blinds in time. Thank you again!
I'm sure easyblinds companies have much more amazing representatives than the one we had today. unfortunately we had a disgusting service. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL She has absolutely NO passion for her mahi! AND HER ATTITUDE WAS COWARDLY ...more so, IGNORANT!!!!!! She used "She hasn't eaten" as an excuse for her disgusting attitude. She is not setting a good example for the company that's for sure! The reason for my 1 star review today, is solely due to her appalling service carried out today, and because of our experience, unfortunately, I will not recommend this place nor will I choose to carry out any services with this company going forward. I will DEFINITELY be lodging a complaint . She needs to rethink her choice of work and manage her time more professionally!
We got double roller blinds from Easy Blinds. The quality of their blinds is absolutely awesome. We got excellent service from their sales team. Their technician who had installed the blinds also did a great job.
