Had a really enjoyable Social Media Conference 2017, I learnt so much from the selection of amazing Speakers. The venue was fantastic, food fresh and tasty, the hosts excellent, will definitely be coming back for 2018! #SMCNZ17

What an incredible event at a top class venue!! Our company awards night, black tie dinner celebration. We were waited on, continually, so the champagne & canapes flowed freely as we mingled, while each of the three dinner courses that followed, was exquisite to taste and perfectly presented. This is a luxury venue where guests can feel very special. The wait staff were most professional and helpful that I have experienced ever! Congratulations! on your excellent team effort.

Attended a function on Friday evening, great venue and extremely large floor space for the guests to the function. Staff are extremely professional, helpful and the catering staff are great. Food that was put up with the catering was of extremely high quality and more than sufficient for all guests present. Variety of drinks and the desert were great. High level function and very professionally presented. Great DJ and MC and the foto booths were extremely busy during the evening.

You go there to get inspired, you go there to learn, you go there to have fun! Parking is big issue - Sky City carpark is ver expensive!

Work related function. Food & service good. Convention room was too cold. Someone needs to consider this in future. Many of us were cold as didn't have jackets or Jersey's. Toilets are a bit of a hike away. But over all is a nice place to be.

They have quite nice banquet hall. Spacious and comfortable even to host huge crowd. Their Christmas party was awesome, good food and drinks. The hallmay is quite cramped though

Where do I start... A work function on a Saturday night. Drinks reception to begin the evening. I asked for water and was told to get it from the water cooler with a plastic glass stored next to the cooler. Bad form. Next, came the desserts. I have a chocolate allergy and had informed the event organiser. I was hopeful to find something nice from the selection. The food was labelled, however not properly and I discovered a chocolate item not labelled as having chocolate. I informed a working woman about my allergy as requested, and she had no idea of the food ingredients. She asked someone else to help and I found out all the items with chocolate which quite frankly was way too many. In the end there was only 4 items I could eat, two of which were disgusting, and the third; borderline disgusting. The one redeeming item was a cream brulee with a sad piece of clementine in the corner. The main meal had great salads. Awful potato gratin and mediocre meats. I give two stars for the venue space, lighting and women's toilets
