I recently used Skip It for a household renovation project, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, Steve went above and beyond and made sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They had a wide range of skip sizes to choose from, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Throughout the rental period, they were communicative and responsive to our needs, providing an excellent service that made our project much easier to manage. When we were finished, they promptly came to collect the skip. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a skip hire service

I have used Skip It numerous times and their customer service whether it be over the phone or the staff they have sent out to assist, they are all incredible. I order two skips from them paid £450. Unfortunately on the day they pick them up the driver damage two driveway kerbs. I call them many times and sent all pictures of the damage. I wait two weeks for the man who is dealing with this kind of problems as he was on holiday. So all my work stop for them to find the solution. Today two weeks after I have the phone call saying “nothing we can do about this” be careful as we will definitely not using them again! Update: they never call or email me about the skip which they drop to us. Another point to NOT use them.
From reading the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who has had the misfortune of encountering their vehicles. On Saturday 30th March I was tailgated for several minutes. I changed lanes many times to allow them to pass, to no avail. They seemed adamant on tailgating me and followed me in my attempts to shoo them away. Perhaps they afford all other motorists this behaviour, however, it is more likely than not a disdain for female road users. Maybe they thought they were intimidating. Sadly, this may be so to some road users. I just thought they made themselves look awfully silly and felt sorry for the company whose name they were inadvertently tarnishing. Insecurity complexes should be dealt with outside of the workplace to avoid bringing the company into disrepute. If there is a fundamental issue with misogyny the client base will be drastically reduced by alienating half the population. Whilst this business may well be fabulous at the work they do their employees need to be mindful that they’re representing the company whilst in branded vehicles and could be losing them copious amounts of business. I’m anticipating a defensive response, but perhaps accept some accountability and take on board what is being said and act on it accordingly.
The service, price, communication and reliability of this company is unmatched. Extremely happy from start to finish with this Skip and would definitely recommend. Skip It is unmatched.
Skip IT is the best skip company we have ever dealt with. Their prices are so competitive, skips are in a good condition and service just great from beginning to end. Communication is spot on and their delivery and collection staff so polite and accommodating. Definately highly recommended!

First time I've used Skip It, and now I won't look anywhere else! Excellent service from start to finish. All done online. Best price I could find for a 12 yard skip. Any questions during my clearout, I called the office, and they were always so helpful. We had a serious issue arise, which meant a halt to our clearout, but the staff at Skip It took all the stress away and really came through for us. Thank you! Even on the collection day, we had a fence blown down and broke, the guy picked it and put it in the skip without any bother. Absolute gent! Thank you to all at Skip It.
