We are Ashburtons Push Bike, Lawnmower and Chainsaw Sales & Service Specialists.
We offer a range of spare parts & accessories for push bikes, lawnmowers & chainsaws, as well as a comprehensive workshop repair service. We can take care of the simplest puncture repair right through to a full cycle service and even suspension rebuilding/servicing instore!
We stock a good range of Merida Bikes, Victa Mowers & Makita Chainsaws/trimmers, we can also supply the following new bike brands: Kona, Lapierre, Marin, Radius, Redline BMX and Rocket.
Serving Mid Canterbury since 1997, Paul has nearly 30 years’ experience servicing & repairing a wide range of outdoor power equipment. We carry a good range of product, spare parts & accessories in-store - call in for some great service!
We can also hold the shop open a bit longer by appointment if you can't make it in before closing, just give me a call.

•Gears checked for wear and tuned
•Brakes checked for wear and tuned
•Cassette and chain checked for wear and lubricated

•Bottom Bracket checked for wear
•Tyres checked and inflated to correct pressure

General Service
•Wheels removed from bike and trued
•Gears adjusted and rear derailleur hanger checked & straightened
•Brakes checked and adjusted
•Front and rear hub cones checked.
•Tyres inflated to correct pressure.
•Chain tested for wear and lubricated.
•Headset check for play.
•Pedals checked for play and tension.

General Service & Drive Train Cleaning
• General Service plus
•Removal of the chain, cassette and cranks from the bike
•Clean and degrease the above parts in parts washer.

Bike Gold Service
•Wheels removed from bike and trued
•Gears adjusted and rear derailleur hanger checked & straightened
•Brakes checked and adjusted
•Front and rear hub cones checked and lubricated.
•Tyres inflated to correct pressure.
•Chain tested for wear and lubricated.
•Headset removed and lubricated.
•Pedals checked for play and tension.
•Bottom bracket removed and lubricated.
• Removal of the chain, cassette and cranks from the bike, clean and degrease them in parts washer.
•Clean bike frame
•Bike rebuilt with all new cables.
