The 13th was Kenneths Birthday so it was all about him,and that's where he wanted to go so we went, twice that day. We/he had a GREAT TIME the whole time, I usually don't do noise and crowds, but the staff greeted us on entrance and gave Kenneth a shout out for his birthday.cool
skating place looks dated, could use some facelift to enliven the atmosphere. Lots of kids who are just starting to skate. Attended a birthday party, food not too bad. Kids enjoyed the skating part though.
Ok, this is not the place to host a kids party. Some of my guest had to leave due to No parking left available. The seating arrangement was horrible and congested. The pizza was nasty. They don't have any utensils. Cups without lids for kids. Just awful. Couldn't wait to leave.
I went to watch a roller derby bout. The skating rink was nice. Concession stand prices were very reasonable. However, the men's restroom was dilapidated and filthy. I have seen cleaner port-a-potties. Management/Owners definitely need to spend some money cleaning and remodeling the men's restroom facilities. I am guessing that the women's restroom could use same fixing up and cleaning.
Growing up, it was awesome. Now, when you book a $400 party, the snack bar is empty, and you can't bring in food. The place looks like it hasnt seen a mop in decades. The bathrooms are dark as hell and always disgusting. The ladies are always on their phones at the snack bar, and god forbid you need something it sucks when you're extremely nice to them, and they just completely ignore you. Be lucky if your $22 cheese pizza don't come out raw either....
Great environment, kids friendly Thursday are the best day to go if you have toddlers
Horrible!!! Everything from the pricing to cleanliness of the facility. The teens are out of control with the cutting of the lines to get in. The cussing around adults and little kids is also out of control. The bathrooms are disgusting. The eating area is disgusting. The food is disgusting. And the staff they don’t give a damn about anything. They more concerned about wearing hoodies than anything else. The rule is anyone under 18 needs an adult present yeah that’s a lie! The parents drop those teens off and keep going. Please go somewhere else. This place is outdated and out of control.
The staff is very rude. Don't use the toy vending machines most don't work and the staff don't know nothing about the company who owns them. THE PLACE IS FILTHY...the flooring, bathroom and rug is about 40 years ago and disgusting! The food is the same from 40 years ago! Never have another party there again.
The skating rink is nice, it's big, but the bathrooms are too dirty, they don't have paper, and they should have good quality bathrooms because a lot of children come, the food area is not hygienic
I was there with my nieces and nephews. The skating experience was nice but the pizza was not good and wasn't all the way done. The kids wouldn't eat it they didn't like it and we ended up throwing it all away. Over priced and waiting forever for the food to get done and was very disappointed. A lot of money wasted on four large pizzas that ended up in the trash. Eating area isn't that clean either.
