The best fun you can have on two wheels in my opinion. Synch are a great company with knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way to help you. The lead time on orders is SHORT I had mine within a week and the bikes are FUN. If you are worried about getting the 250W model, don't be. It has plenty of power and levels out those hills nicely. You still have to pedal which is part of the law here in the UK, but I was pleasantly surprised at the power it had and more importantly....This bike is such a fun bike and a real head-turner. I was getting compliments and comments wherever I rode it. People came up to me specifically to say what a cool bike and ask about it. Best decision I ever made. This company is as good as it gets and all the bikes are made here in the UK. If you're on the fence.....DO IT.
Hello. My name is Steve. I was on the beach at Sandbanks Poole about November 2021 and saw this guy riding a bike, I asked him where he got it from he told me from Synch and that it was a super monkey E bike. So when I arrived home I found were they are and asked if I could go and see them and try their bikes, which I did. The Synch super monkeys are brilliant to ride. I spoke manly with Chris but also met Matt, great guys very helpful and knew their business very well, asked about colours and how long it would take to produce. Said thanks to them and went back home. In the next few days I called Synch and spoke to Chris and ordered a RED ONE. They kept in touch and told me what was going on I got my bike on the 19th of January 2022 and have been using it a lot, absolutely brilliant bike, I would highly recommend SYNCH bikes to all, they fantastic in every way. Give them a call go and try, if you are looking for an exciting experience buy a SYNCH BIKE. thanks Guys very much..Steve.
Ordered my 250w SM via the website with no problems. Got a call from Chris @ Synch to run through my order and gave me an ETA on delivery. When My bike arrived, there was some damage to the headlight via the courier. Synch replaced this without any hesitation. I've had many hours of fun riding, its a real head turner and you'll get many comments or questions. Synch have been an outstanding company to deal with throughout my experience and with after sales extras. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED * * * * *
I adore my Synch Super Monkey. It is a comfy and cool ride! I have whacked a dog carrier on the back and my Border Terrier Radish, and I, go on adventures! I wanted a Chopper as a kid…now I have an even better bike as an adult! We love it
I met the Synch team at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed and after a 1 minute demo I was hooked. I ordered a Great White Super Monkey and have not looked back. I'd recommend Synch to anyone who wants get into E bikes
From the first enquiry to delivery and beyond these guys have been amazing and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the bike being built, awnserd all of my questions I couldn’t fault the experience..
Absolutely love this ebike...my Christmas morning ride was brilliant, I live on the Yorkshire pennines & the assist made it a breeze. Can't recommend Synch enough. Have a Happy, Healthy & successful 2023!

Ordered two 250 watt cruiser bikes on line and arranged to collect from the Pool workshop. These are superb pieces of kit, really well made, British made frames and sprayed in a range of great colours and then assembled by the guys in Pool. In making our choice we almost opted to buy the cheaper Cyrusher Chinese bike but so glad we didn’t. Synchgo Super monkeys are just a lot of fun and easy to ride, real head turner's and will go anywhere. I did just tidy the cabling up a little around the handlebars, but otherwise this is the bike equivalent to a Landrover Defender.
I've purchased two bikes from Synch over the last year and couldn't be happier with them! They are so unique and offer a riding experience that I just couldn't find elsewhere. I must also add that the sales staff Matt & Chris were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond their call of duty to ensure I was kept 'in the know' from the build process to delivery. I haven't had any need for repairs or an aftersales service from Synch regarding either of my bikes, but I have had queries for them numerous times since which they've always been happy to help with. Overall I'm really impressed with my Super Monkey's and couldn't be happier with the service received. Top work!
