A well sorted and established community drug store who provide excellent pharmacy service. This Silverstream Village drug store also has a large assortment of gifts and other important family health products. An added bonus is the Lotto Agency and Post Shop all in one location. Highly recommended.
Very expensive pharmacy, ok for prescription but off the counter stuff is super expensive, almost 20% to 30% expensive compared with chemist warehouse.
This is my local pharmacy for the past 30 years. Everyone here is lovely and friendly - the pharmacists, the ladies on the shop floor including the Post Shop lady. They always make you feel welcome. Great to have a local pharmacy which is part of the Silverstream Community.
An alright place, lovely clerks on the counter, very friendly. However, the female pharmacist I got was shocking- dismissive and snippy, using my incorrect name after getting her to change a name on file which was incorrect. Don't think I'll be returning sadly, other people were lovely though.
Was great last year when I visited. This time i had to wait 45 minutes for an urgently prescription on the way home from a&e. Unwell daughter in car tired, hungry children... nō apology...
