DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I was completely shocked and angry about my recent experience here with the manager of this store. Why? For a simple return of a product that wasn't to my satisfaction was a fight to swap, store credit or refund - the manager expected me to take this item back home. This wasnt the worst part! The manager used his staff to pass on messages, couldn't face me the customer, completely gaslit his staff infront of me when i finally got to speak with him, apparently this is usual behaviour from the manager to his staff. This is absolutely not what i support. The staff are lovely and helpful, and the lovely lady who was tasked as the poor messenger was much better management material than the actual manager. I have let so many people know not to come here, and turns out alot already refuse to!
Excellent service.nMy mother visited from Masterton but was missing an item she had paid for when she returned home. John then personally delivered to my mother, driving from Upper Hutt to Masterton.nFantastic service thats goes well over & above
I thought the counter Karen wasn't having a good day until she greeting the next Pakeha customer with BIG smile and laughs. Oh just low and pathetic
Great range & pricing.nSome stock issues with gaps on shelf.nOverall a good visit, however as a guy I dont need to be told about a staff members monthly issues, actually no customer needs to hear that. I know shes a bit special but still.
They can't fill prescriptions at the moment due to being mucked around by the bean counters...there is a sign on their door that explains that they can't do prescriptions.nnShop is clean and tidy, however it can be hard to find help and occasionally some staff don't really look like they want to help you. Also hard to find things in general when you're not used to going in there.nnGreat range of products and awesome prices but they are super slow at restocking so there's lots of empty spots on the shelves.
