I was extremely disappointed to find a long black hair embedded in the pastry of my pie. This is an unacceptable lapse in basic hygiene. It made the food inedible, and I had to throw it away. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning and cannot recommend to others.
Very pretty bakery and nice to be able to sit down but the staff need to slow down. A family member of mine and I ordered separately on one occasion they forgot to scan my drinks and had to approach me to ask, I don’t know how much the total was so I wouldn’t know but they also don’t give receipts either so I am unsure but paid twice. Then they forgot my family members coffee and she had to approach them to ask and then they made it.nThe pies are very average, crust is thick and crunchy. Bacon and egg was quite dry. We also got the chocolate donut which was absolutely delicious as well as the apple donut and the donut itself was very nice and light. Sandwiches and rolls look nice in the cabinet, would probably get those if I came back.
Amazing . This was my first visit as I was visiting the area and decided to call in for a bite to eat. There is no menu however the cabinets are bursting with a range of sweet and savoury items. As I have a sweet tooth the choices were amazing. The coffee was also very good and the staff were lovelynI also ended up purchasing a loaf of sourdough which they also cut in thick slices.
Great food and service every time I visit. The owner and staff are always friendly and the potato top pies are awesome; as is the rest of the food. You'll struggle to find better anywhere!
This place has the best custard square I’ve ever had, at first I was disappointed that they didn’t have any vegetarian pies, so I had to get a vege quiche which was so/so, but wow the custard square was soo good, crispy pastry and delicious custard as well as nice Icing, the people working there were busy but looked happy to be there. Pretty epic glad I stopped by
