The coffee is always good. It's pretty noisy inside but the outdoor seating is quieter.
My partner ordered a cake for my birthday and it has to be the driest cake I’ve ever ate!nThe cake was to tall for the box it was in so of course the cream was all stuck to the lid.. they forgot to add the birthday wishes card, and the sponge inside the cake was sooooo dry you had to drink something to wash it down such a shame! It was a nice looking cake and not cheap!!
I usually come in on the weekends and usually has a good vibe to it, today the lady was extremely rude to her staff, micro managing them and talking down to them, felt like such a negative atmosphere, I can only imagine how painful todays shift would be for them. She should reflect on how she treats her staff!!
We booked in for lunch on Sunday taking advantage of the Visa Wellington on a Plate burger. The place was humming when we arrived, the only remaining seats being those tha had been booked. Staff were great, seating and taking our orders very smoothly. Not the best acoustics, lots of hard surfaces but the food made up for that. Just delicious, beautifully presented and lip smacking good. If you're partial to a milkshake you won't be disappointed with the woap offering. Strawberry jam that tasted like it had just been crushed from fresh strawberries.nMake a point of tasting this delightful combination while woap is on and grab a couple of donuts for afternoon tea.
Came here for Wellington on a Plate and ordered their lamb. Absolutely delicious, I've never had lamb so tasty. Loved the colour on the plate and very filling. Surprised how little I paid for something so good!
