If your searching for a classic kiwi taste to your Fish & Chips, the Silver Dolphin team have been smashing it since I was a youngin in early 2000s and was delighted to come back an try my favorite Double cheeseburger and pleasantly surprised to taste that old Kiwi style takeaway taste. Chur Silver Dolphin yeow!

Best fish and chips I have had in so long. I got fresh hoki, banana fritter and corn nuggets. So so good, hoki was so flakey and you could tell it was fresh.

Best fish n chips ..... fish is always crunchy on the outside and well cooked on the inside, chips are a good serving usually enough for 2 good family deals available and they don't mind swapping some items

Absolutely gross. Tiny scoop of chips & not one single thing was cooked properly. I purposely re-ordered from this restaurant, but clearly it was a total waste of money.

Bought fish and chips here tonight and they were terrible and mostly inedible. The fish when unwrapped was a congealed mess and stuck to the wrapping.paper. The fish..Guarnard and Akaroa Cod were uncooked and the batter slimy inside and the Spring Rolls had slimy batter when you bit into them. By comparison, the chips verged on being too well done. !!!!! Overall, the worst fish and chip experience ive had and paid $42 ...what a waste.

Chips and burgers ok. Fish I haven't had a good exoerience there. Against my better judgement I paid $8.50 for a piece of Blue Cod only ate quarter of it and threw the rest out.

Best fish and crumbed mushrooms I have had in Christchurch. Clean oil, without the usual weird oil smell you find in most fish and chips shops. The food is not oily and the fish is soft and moist inside the crumbed layer. Was searching for a place that makes tasty crumbed mushrooms and I'm now hooked on Silver Dolphin's crumbed mushrooms. They are very busy, but could call in and order ahead. Otherwise it's definitely worth the wait!
