Sierra Cafe

Sierra Cafe is a great place to go at any time but especially for an early breakfast before work with your mates. They have an excellent selection of food to cater for all breakfast lovers and great coffee for those who need a jump start to the day.

Great service, AMAZING pasta ~ my partner and I have been here twice now and we are pleased with the tasteful food and the lovely guy on the till who’s always filled with a positive energy and obviously works very hard. 5/5 even when the food takes a bit long - it’s def worth the wait. We will be back soon!

Ordered the Brioche French toast and it arrived cooked only on one side, leaving the other side soggy and raw. Can't believe it was served like that, especially considering how long we waited for both food and coffee also highly disappointing. Can't recommend. Don't be deceived by the flashy presentation. Style over substance, all flash no bang.

Very nice, food has quality and staff are very friendly. Poached eggs were done on point: Big breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Worst customer service ever! There was several nice cafe in Symond street foodwise and servicewise but I have entertainment code so I been to Sierra with friends. Before I order the food I show them a promote code, all of sudden the staff shouting as 'we not accept the coupon here' and made me so embarrassing. On enetertainmnent app it clearly mention there address so the staffcal herself as manager bring it to the owner. The owner of the cafe had no idea she keep said 'I think I sign for the drinks only' but still she does not want to give discount and asked me to go to OTHER SIERRA TO USE PROMOTE CODE!!. and she keeps denials to take a responsibility of what she agreed push me over reason that she is busy. Overall, I will never go back to Symond street Sierra myselfNEVER and advise anyone who want to have nice break DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!! Moreover, the food? Funny. Everything they just put in the microwave and heat it. Even you said you want cold pasta, in the microwave. sausage rolls? Microwave no crispy skins at all. Lucky they not heat up the coffee by microwave. Whatever its NOT price worthy. Poor foods, Poor Poor Poor customer service.

Good range of interesting coffees, hot and cold. Some served in jars etc. Even just a black coffee is really quite nice.
