Waste of my time ringing the Warehouse Upper Hutt as NOBODY ANSWERS . Have been to Queensgate and Petone stores to get a weedeater and none available , Maybe you need to employ more staff around this time of year . Rang multiple times , really poor service , non existant .

Another fantastic Red Shed.  Great selection of most items from sports gear to fridge freezers.  Staff are always helpful.  The latest inclusion of the Stationary Warehouse is great for a one stop shop.

To the warehouse I suggest you to put a sign up and warn your customer that we have to pay for the parking in the mall. I spent about $100 in 20 minutes and I got a $65 tickets 1 weeks later !! this is so ridiculous!!

For some reasons, it has heaps more supplies than other Warehouses around Wellington. Recommend

Came in today to buy some house hold electric plugs/leads. As I was walking in the security guard was knelling down and speaking to a young boy who had become separated from his caregiver, he must been approximately 4 years old give or take. I thought the way in which he was handling the situation was simply brilliantly. The staff were very friendly and saved me a lot  time showing me to the correct isle. Well done The Warehouse Upper Hutt you employ some great people!

They opened late this morning and they charge you for parking.  Mitre 10 are just round the corner and they have free parking ...  and better service. Warehouse UpperHutt is now OFF the shopping list.

I was after a 3 m outdoor umbrella, there were the last 2 on display, no more stock coming, couldn't find any online in other stores to be able to click and collect. Enquired with checkout staff and been told they can't sell products on display. Asked for the manager, Andrew and to my surprise, my arguments were valid and I was able to buy it. Very happy with the result, thank you Andrew.

I wish I'd read the reviews before going to shop at Upper Hutt TWL. They certainly live up to their appalling customer service reputation. I wanted a PS4 Dual Shock 4 V2 Black as a Christmas gift. I live in Kapiti and they're quite hard to find local so I was pleased to see TWL had them in stock on the website in Upper Hutt and Masterton. I decided to double check with the Upper Hutt store but after several unanswered calls committed to the hour long drive over. Once in the store I was informed they didn't have any. I replied yes you do, it says so on your website; I asked if she could check on her system and it turns out they have 3 in stock. She went off to get one from out back but returned empty handed with the lame excuse that they were Xbox controllers like I hadn't seen the PS4 descriptor on her screen. That was the end of the interaction; no concern for the inconvenience 2 1/2 hours of my life I'll never get back. I see tonight that the website still shows them in stock which confirms for me how important the customers are - not at all. Never setting foot in that store again. The only reason they got such a high score of 1 star is the review site won't accept zero.

I bought 2 black tallboys and the condition it arrived in was shocking, it had been scratched and chipped. It came wrapped so I don't know where that happened but I am not very happy as to the state it was in when we took it out of the box. But otherwise the size is good, good storage space, there is just a gap at the bottom that doesn't look too good but you don't really see it.
