Absolutely disgusting the service in this store I work for shosha, And when taking my friend in that is disabled they would not let him shop because he wasn't able to put a mask on and had an exemption... Disgusting.

Staff is real down to earth and friendly
First time visit at the Hornby branch, Rajni served me and was absolutely fantastic. She helped find the correct coils as previous shop attendant at the Papanui branch sold me the wrong ones. Thank you Rajni, they work perfectly!
Needed advice and worried because I'm older. Went into the Hornby store this morning and spoke with an indian lady who was amazing and made my experience hassle free...she was knowledgeable...friendly and because of her I would recommend this store to everyone. Great service !
Excellent customer service, after an issue with a product , they listened and resolved it very quickly. Staff are really good to deal with and go above the level of excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store for all vaping products and informed staff who are very respectful of customers. Thank you again for being so good about hearing me out and the way you resolved the problem I had.
One guy very helpful, the rest of staff on the floor have no idea what they are doing.
