Best service my partner and I have ever had! Ish the guy who served us is just amazing. Each time we have come in, he has been so so helpful and friendly! Brought a vape from hoppers in papanui from day one I have had issues with it leaking from the sides of the tank. Went in and was told it was because I need to change the coil every 7 days and was sold more coils. Have replaced a coil and it still leaks within a couple hours later.
Always get my juice there. Great place
The manager of this store is very friendly. She is always happy to help and she will have a conversation with you. She is a lovely person. I hope she never leaves this store.
Very very freaking impressive experience here, coming from a vape company myself and having been to many stores throughout New Zealand I have to say this store is outstanding the customer service "impeccable" the products available "exceptional". The guy that dealt with me today was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. He carried a professional demeanour through out the entire 45min of service providing in depth product information including pros and cons of particular high end vape devices, I was thoroughly impressed to say the least. Great job Hoopers Vapour
Amazing customer service!! I'm new to vaping and these guys made it super easy!! Great guys!! directed me to the best product to suit me for a really awesome price + set everything up for me and told me all I needed to know . I totally recommend 100% best customer service I've received anywhere!!

Great bunch of staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with great advice. Products are amazing! I bought the Aegis Legend and couldn't be happier with all the bits that came with it. Advice and instructions were spot on. I also bought the Eleaf Elven starter kit which is great for at work...granted I use a 12mg but it's perfect for those 'quick puffs'. I haven't even mentioned the prices yet but you'll have to see for yourself! Haven't used the online order yet but I hear it's just as good as on-site.
Fantastic, helpful staff; very knowledgeable. Explained perfectly all the features I wanted for my price range. Very happy with my Mini Charon, couldn't recommend these guys enough!
