Monthly Community Lunch
First Monday of each month with guest speaker. Barista coffee provided.

Barista Training
Mondays 11am-12noon, Wednesdays 12-1pm
Professional Barista Training for the cost of just a 2L bottle of blue milk per session.

Numeracy and Literacy
Tuesday and Thursday 9am-1pm, Term time.
Tutors work with students on an individual and group basis
Fun/friendly/free. Morning tea provided!

Foot Care Clinic
Enjoy a foot spa, nail care by a Registered Nurse and a relaxing foot massage in a warm and welcoming environment!
Clinics are held on a Tuesday every 3 weeks. Appointments essential.
Cost: Suggested donation $10.
(Unfortunately we cannot take those with insulin-dependent diabetes).

Knit and Knatter
New knitters are always welcome to join those who meet on yellow bin Wednesdays to knit for good causes. For more information contact Mary, 027 733 9666 or 980 0811.

Fortnightly Cuppa and Chat
Some of our local ladies meet on red bin Wednesdays for a chat over morning tea. Come and join them—they would love
to meet and chat with you.

Fruit and Vege Co-op
Wednesday, 1-3pm pick up
$15 a bag! Fresh, flavoursome produce. Takeaway Barista Coffee now available for a gold coin donation on pick up.

Kidzone
Wednesday 3.30-4.30pm during term time.
Free after school programme for primary school aged children, offering crafts, games, life skills, etc. Afternoon tea provided.

Free Monthly Nurse-led Health Clinic
1.30-3pm last Thursday of Month.
For any health issues or well-being advice. No appointment necessary.

Social Mixed Grade Touch Rugby in The Park (High School Age up)
Wednesday 6.15-7.15pm, Terms 4 and 1.

A community cafe with great food and coffee, children's play area.....
Open Friday mornings during term time, 9.30-12.00pm.

The Shirley Space
Thursday 3.30-5pm, during Term Time.

Clothing Exchange
Thursday 10-1pm, second week of term school holidays (last Thursday of January holidays). Donate, swap and buy clothing and accessories.

Light Party - 31st October. Safe, fun alternative to Halloween, held at Emmet St Community Church

SHINE - 3rd November, 2018. Shirley Neighbourhood Event. A time of celebrating community. Fun for all ages, food, market stalls, free activities and entertainment.
