The Canterbury Embroiderers’ Guild has been in Canterbury for almost 50 years supporting needle crafts within the community. We are 150 members strong but always looking for more members whom are interested in learning new craft skills. If you have any questions feel free to post here or message the page account.
Currently meeting at Hamersley Park School (90 Quinns Road, Shirley), just down from The Palms shopping mall. As of now we will be staying in the school and further updates will be posted here as we know more.
Gatherings:
We have Guild Stitching Groups meeting often during the week (day and evening) to suit anyone who wishes to join. Some are small project groups others are free stitching. Feel free to ask about group times.
The Guild also has class days, which normally happen on the weekend. Current projects will be posted on the facebook page. Check back often!
We have plenty of resources for people who are new to the craft as well as the experienced. Feel free to join us.
