I had amazing experience with Mehul. He recently rented out my house. He is highly professional, punctual, attentive to details, always just a phone call away. He made the whole process smooth, quick and easy for me. I can’t speak enough of him. I highly recommend him as he is the most professional Real estate agent I ever came across.
Exceptional communication, extremely knowledgeable and polite, Rutu is my agent for life.. My family relies on her regularly for real estate advise, specially on our investment properties. She's a straight arrow, black and white, honest answers. We have also recommended buyers to her and the feedback has been extremely happy from our friends too, she has helped a couple of our first home buyer friends buy homes and the experience is always end to end.. Pooja is awesome , she is very diligent and a great communicator, she is helping me to buy my first house and I can always see that she has my best interests at heart. Very professional to deal with and gives a lot of space for you to make your decisions . Doesn’t really push you but gives you all the options at the same time . Very patient and willing to spend time to answer questions.
Priyani was very professional and worked along side me through a stressful period preparing my property for the market .....she had many open homes and found the perfect purchasers for my property . She is very honest and certainly worked very hard to achieve a successful result .
Rutu Paladia has been a really good agent. She understands what we are looking for and is constantly searching properties according to our needs. Would recommend to work with her.
One of the agents from this company did not show up to a viewing we had arranged, which was disappointing and wasted a lot of my time. I couldn't get the manager by phone so I wrote a negative review with a one star rating. The agent concerned subsequently apologised. I think the main thing this company needs to do differently is have two agents marketing one property as other agencies do. It seems the problem with the agent was that she had a lot of stress in her life and wasn't getting adequate back up.
We have known Mehul close to 9 years. Mehul has great understanding and builds strong relationships with his clients and clearly understands the needs. Be it early in the morning or late in the evening, Mehul has always been ready to be at service when needed. Thank you Mehul and the hardworking team. Highly recommended!
