Brilliant workshop, Quilt in a Day. The team were amazing, kept us supplied with drinks, biscuits and cake. The day was very well run and great tuition, practice and encouragement from Jo. A great day to lose yourself in a calm and safe environment and create something amazing.
I have been attending workshops and having my questions answered by this amazing team since it opened. Jo Watts runs a service with the highest standards of customer service and I always feel valued and cared for, when I know sometimes I must drive them mad! They go above and beyond and it is a whole team culture. No question is silly, and I have learnt such a lot, found my confidence in sewing and creating & met some fab like minded people along the way. My review is way overdue, but felt it really important following the ludicrous Mavis, 1 star review, having never attended the shop!!!!!!!! Surely this will be taken down?? Thank you all Jo, Clare, Mimi, Sharon, Georgie & the whole team of Sew Creative xx
Our first time visiting the shop and had amazing service. Mimi was very helpful, we were shown and taught embroidery machines and she even went the extra step to order one for us and then gave us a starter lesson. We will definitely be returning. And encourage people to shop there too!
Sew Creative is an amazing establishment, a must for anyone who loves fabric. We did a class and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, learnt a lot and now have an amazing pair of dungarees. Couldn't recommend enough, worth every penny
I had arranged to take my wife to Sew Creative, to buy her first sewing machine today. We were met by Jo and her team with a warm welcome. Jo then took my wife and I through to demonstrate a Janome 219s sewing machine. Jo showed my wife how to set and use the machine. And within a few minutes. My wife was sewing. All in it was a super experience for us both. Thank you again Jo for your time today. Yours sincerely Steve and Annie xx
A treasure trove of fabrics and haberdashery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too.
We visited the shop today to look at sewing machines as I am in need of an upgrade. As soon as we arrived we received a warm welcome and taken through to the machines. We were given fantastic information and advice, as well as demonstrations and I was able to try out a machine too. It was great to be able to make an informed decision with so much information on hand. I am excited to come back and have another browse sometime soon - I am always in need of stocking up... Thank you all so much for a wonderful shopping experience particularly in this 'new normal.
