Staff is friendly and the treatment was cost effective. But the outcome was way below than I expected. I Requested balayage colour on my hair as shown first picture . But the result colour on my hair 2nd pic is not evenly flow on hair piece, patchy not blended and not visible when hair got straightened. You can see little highlights when its curled only. My thought now is its better if i spend little more money get good job done than wasting money for nothing.

Cindy gave me yellow stripes highlights and it was great, she politely took me to her chair and consulted me about the process which was very informative, then proceeded to give me a very pleasant hair wash after the bleach and it turned out great 10/10 for Cindy Update: I returned to get my fringe fixed a few months later because it was uneven and Cindy once again have me an outstanding service, a uniform cut which included great layers. Thank you Cindy for your services

Is worth it to become A hairdresser or man cutting barber I recommend it to anyone who wants to do hair cuts for their own hair and also is good qualifications for to further prospect

So the staff and tutors are nice. However they pick favourites when it comes to getting picked for work placements so don’t expect to find a job in this industry after you’ve handed over to them $18,000 in loans. Me and another woman were pregnant at the same time during the course, she was given a lot of leeway to have time off ect. while I was constantly getting dogged on by the tutors and told to “stand up” when I was constantly dealing with migraines, nausea and on the edge of blacking out / passing out. Go here if you’re a “pick me” person cause they seem to love those. Otherwise don’t waste your money as I found salons that will teach you everything you need to know for FREE while getting paid Attending this course was the biggest L I’ve even taken in my life.

Thanks so much Jack and Kelly for looking after me I really enjoyed my last visit. I made a last minute appointment and was lucky they had a spot free a couple hours later! I always feel safe in the tutor's hands even though it is student working on us. The student usually does a good job but is always checking in with the tutor so as not to make any mistakes. Mālō

I was there for 2.5 hours to just have a haircut but it was absolutely worth it! I got a bob haircut. I’ve had so many compliments! They’re students so you need to be patient and go with your best attitude. The price is the best part: 28 dollars. Definitely going back!

I just want to say thank you so much to servilles academy to all the tutors and management and especially my tutor at the time James, I have learnt so much and become more confident in myself and my work thanks to you, I never wanted to leave servilles it felt like my 2nd home everyone there is lovely and so welcoming. You build so much skills the tutors there are highly skilled in what they do. Ngā mihi nui.
