Queen Charlotte Studio a luxury, beautiful, well-maintained, cute, comfortable, having private entrance, neat bathroom, basic kitchen facilities and dining area. Marvelous of host to receive and drop us at Islanders port. Welcomed at gate by Harvey...so cute wagging. We enjoyed our food mostly in open terrace meeting other Guests and enjoying the scenery. What a walk along the garden with lovely flowers on path of white stones! Not forgetting the swing.
We love Harvey the dog! We love Michelle and Stefan the hosts! We love Bruno and Arnold the alpacas! We love Sennen House. From the moment we got there, we were treated like family. Their attention to detail and hospitality made this stay amazing. Thank you!!!Rooms: 5/5

We had a lovely stay with Michelle and Stefan! They are truly wonderful hosts - giving helpful information about Picton and the surrounding area and cooking us a delicious breakfast. The room was lovely, spotless, very spacious and we slept very well. Their dog Harvey and alpacas, Albert and Bruno, were a definite plus!! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again!
I have just returned home after having had 4 wonderful nights at Sennen House, Picton, NZ. She is a grand majestic home with so much personality and warmth. The current owners of this grand lady, Stefan and Michelle Kissling are wonderful hosts and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Everything about my stay was perfect. Thank you so much Michelle and Stefan.
Walking up to the property the house is breathtaking. The grounds are well kept and the owners are polite and friendly. Our room, Sir Joseph Banks is spacious and clean. They provided a fully stocked refrigerator as well as homemade treats. The views from the private balcony are beautiful and peaceful. The owners have two adorable dogs as well as a sheep named Jerry - he is very welcoming, especially when you give him bread. : The house is a quick ten minute walk from town. If I could, I would give 6 stars.
We just left Sennon House and have lot of good memories. Michael and Stefan are very special hostesses. They picked us up and took us back at the train station. They washed our clothes and filled up our fridge with good wine, cheese, fruit, home made bread and slices of cake. Their place was warm and special to have a night to rest like babies. We walked to Picton's downtown in 10 minutes . We had a great time and consider their place a unique retreat! If you ever have to select one. Don't hesitate to pick them!
Warmth and hospitality abundant with Michelle and Stefan at this unique historical lodge. Beautiful rooms giving that extra touch that make you feel special. This is a must do stay and return. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome. McDougalls and Robinson’s - July 2020Rooms: 5/5
