I love the community vibes that Seed Pilates creates. This studio is a hive of activity offering a variety of classes from dedicated and experienced instructors. It’s a welcoming and inclusive space where you are always met with a smile. Pilates, group classes, mum and baby classes, physio and nutrition all available under one roof.
I would give Seed Pilates 10 stars if I could! I joined in July 2019 and have thoroughly loved my reformer pilates journey since. Lisa, Molly & Katie really know what they're doing, with strong technical instruction, while also being inspiring and motivating. Would highly recommend :
Seed Pilates is such a beautiful, relaxed, nurturing and fun environment. The instructors Lisa, Katie & Molly, are so down earth, and their knowledge, expertise and warmth are exceptional. I love it. Highly recommend.
