I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. It started with what could have been a mistake but possibly a dishonest attempt to upsell. A colourful top caught my eye and as I took it off the rack the lady at the counter told me it was silk and from a local designer. I took it to try on and discovered it was actually from Asos and made of polyester. I was surprised it was marked at $125 and googled the shirt on asos, finding it for $70 brand new. Next, I found a patterned dress that looked expensive and was priced at $130. I took it in to try on but before I could even get undressed , I noticed there were actually several large tears in the fabric around the midsection. It was a fine mesh fabric with embroidery so likely very difficult to repair. I came out after being inside for 30 seconds, and showed this to the lady at the counter who then made a very vocal attempt to blame and shame me for the rips in front of other customers. She said it must have happened when I tried to squeeze into something too small. Overall, very unpleasant shopping experience. I recommend going across the street instead but if you do go, there are some nice looking things but be wary of the prices, damage, and the rude clerk.

I took a brand new pair of shoes in to be sold on my behalf. They did not sell within the time frame given so I collected them. I was appalled to see they had been worn, with 2 scratches and slightly soiled soles. The customer service was not very friendly either.
