Mooma

It never disappoints. We went for lunch, and even though it’s really hot they have well conditioned spaces with big ceiling fans. Really attentive and fast service. Quality food with local ingredients and awesome Gold apple cider, it’s a must try. Also try any of the apple deserts they have! Total bill for 4 people 112€, with beer, wine and one desert per person. Recommended both at lunch and dinner.

Mooma is such a beautiful place!!! We did a tour with a tasting which was so fun! Afterwards we sat down for lunch and did the menu 3. The food was out of this world amazing! It was so much food for such a small price. We were able to sit in the yard area for coffee when we were done. Very relaxing atmosphere. Well worth the trip!

We visited Spain and were delayed at the beach, looked around most of restaurants whose kitchen was closed and glad they had as that’s when researched to find this beautiful place! Loved the three course Menu2. Couldn’t have any coffee as were too full. Thanks to the lovely Maria who served us and the “boss” as she called the lady of the restaurant we clicked our pic with Thanks for some unique fresh food and experience. A great discovery! Signed up for a guided visit and tasting of this funky apple farm followed by a supper menu. Our guide was a jovial young woman who kept us interested in both business and fun details for the whole two hours!! Cristina was wonderful! Supper was delicious. We ate the meat menu and the cod menu. Was hoping they would have more apple based dishes. The staff are all young attentive and well trained to make you feel comfortable at all times.

I wanted to love Mooma but meh. It started downhill at the reception desk. The girl couldn't find our reservation so we had to dig out the phone to convince the receptionist that we could have a table in a half empty restaurant. QR menus are an anathema. At restaurants, both in Spain and overseas, we continue to be encouraged to access menus via a QR code, even after evidence suggests the risk of catching the virus through surfaces or objects is one in 10,000, according to the American CDC, similar to the odds of being struck by lightning. What this means is that we are forced to spend the first 10 minutes at a bar or restaurant fiddling on our phones, when all we want to do is say “dues cerveses, si us plau”. But for the restaurant, the technology is now in place, it stops the faff of menus , allows people to order as and when they wish, and means they can keep the staff count down. Restaurants 1, Customers 0. Next QR encounter: my phone won't work. Menu, si us plau The starters were well presented and delicious. The cod and apples was surprisingly yummy. Fish on the bone was a lot of work but delicious accompanied with grilled veg. Hire a cook that can fillet, Mooma. Pa amb tomaquet was good. Bravas were gorpy. Reasonable delivery service to the table. We were attended to by a half dozen plate carriers. That's not customer service. They were evidently too busy to bring the bill and card machine. Two requests and then we left the table to find the till. Lovely setting for outdoor dining. I expect more for €100. Huge car parks. That's kinda scary for that number of driving cider drinkers. Mind how you go on the twisty country roads.

Mooma is more than a meal, it's an experience. The location is a treat: nestled between their apple orchards, the outside area is stylish furnished with comfortable seating and such good vibes.The set menus are fun and delicious, with local produce sprinkled throughout all the dishes. And our absolute fave: the apple cider, served cool, buttery on the tongue. We bought some bottles to take home with us. Top it off with spectacular service and you just cannot go wrong. Overall, different from any other place in the area. We will definitely be coming back with all our friends and family!!

Great experience in regard to food quality quantity pricing and service. Every dish was so fresh, the entrecot was the bomb. The chill out garden with layback chairs in the shade on a summer day with their own cider is a must on a hot mid summer day. Highly recommended. You can spend a whole day here.

Price/quality was more than we expected. We took menu B and were surprised that ALL starters are included to share. The lamb was very tender, my rabbit with prawns was cold, but they corrected the issue immediately without discussion. The gold cider brut was very nice, as was the home-made apple mojito! To be repeated!

Nice please for having lunch with family and or friends. The food comes quick and it is delicious! Apple Desserts arr a must!

We did the tour before having dinner. The tour was interesting and not overly-long, and was followed by a little tasting session of apple juices and ciders in the beautiful garden-bar. The only thing to be aware of is that the tour only seems to be done in Catalan. For dinner we had the menu menu 3 and everything was really delicious with good portion sizes. There is also a shop here selling there various products all apple-based, you f course.
