Beautiful games shop with friendly staff members who are willing to help you to provide information about their products. Best game shop in downtown Wellington. The best way to find out what is new and classic games are also available. They have also nice toys for kids. It is a gorgeous place for you to enjoy. I really recommend this place to visit.

We went in to EB Games on Cuba with a fault on a PS 4, and the woman on the counter was AMAZING. She was incredibly bright, positive, apologetic, and helpful to rectify our problem and she provided a solution on the spot. We walked out blown away. Thank you so much Adara. Your customer service is the best we have experienced.

Great store, with a fantastic range of games, and accessories located in the ZiNG section of the store. Staff have great product knowledge, as well as being super friendly and easy to approach .

This place is great Evey one is great but it could be better. Pros games galore and extra this store has a figure shelf and also lots of funko pops and when your a collector like me then it's good. Cons to small but is ok and the price. I got my favorite game at eb games for 120$ and the warehouse I could have got it for 100$ their pricing isn't good for some stuff but still is good and with the deals the have it can make it up like the xbox series x is 800$ brink you xbox one x in and you get 300$ off great prices and then also cyberpunk 2077 is coming out and is 120 bring in 2 of the 1000 games and you get it for 30$ great prices some time but over all good store I liked it.

Thanks to Josh and his colleague sorry I did get his name who were able to check and confirm they had a PS5 console that could be sold. Both were very friendly and passionate about the games on offer on PS plus. They even looked it up for me while we were completing the payment. Thanks again guys for making my day and giving me an early birthday present. Awesome and friendly service.

The staff here are very lovely and helpful. Mickey especially is a wonderful person who strives to help and recommend products to you if you're not sure on what to get. The process of preordering games is always so easy with her!

The Staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. My main reason for coming here is to buy my Sons gift cards, which are honoured should there be any problems with them whatsoever. Something I found out the hard way at another venue. Where I had purchased a $25 Roblox card, that when scratched - came up as already redeemed. That venue, told me my Son must have already redeemed or I should get in touch with the company in America, you can guess the rest. Just get your Gift card from E.B games, and save yourself the greif.
