Fabulous service from Scott and his team. We had 3 rooms plastered and then decorated. Scott was very understanding of our predicament about moving furniture from one room to another. Keep him supplied with teas, coffees and good biscuits and he is very happy. Thanks Scott and your Dad for fab carpets and laminate flooring. See you again in the spring for round two.
It takes a lot to impress me and I rarely give top marks but I really couldn’t fault Scott and Harry in the amazing job done on our ground floor rooms. We actually arranged and agreed the quote and booked a fitting date without even meeting initially, as I knew what I wanted, what the dimensions were and had the flooring already on order. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful over the phone making sure I had left no stone unturned in preparation for the floor being laid, then arranged a site visit just to double check everything was as we had discussed. He told me it would be 3-4 days including levelling compound and it was exactly that! Clean tidy work and protected it from the other trades people I still have working. Fantastic job, great customer care and communication, would recommend in a heartbeat and already have family members asking for Scotts number!
I can't recommend Scott's Flooring enough. Scott is a very personable and knowledgeable chap who you'll be happy to have in your house, and he does a very professional and tidy job throughout. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and we'll definitely be using his services again.
I had LVT flooring. From start to finish Scott was professional. I liked the fact that when he came to price up the job he gave me a quote there and then. I'm so pleased with the end result. It has changed the whole feel of the rooms.
Scott and his team were great from the start. Understanding that we needed to have the new floor fitted to work around our busy schedule. On the day they turned up, did a great job with no issues. I couldn’t recommend Scott’s flooring highly enough, reading through all the 5* reviews I thought we’d give Scott a call. We agreed a date and time that suited us, Scott came round as agreed and was very professional. He brought loads of samples we asked for and discussed all the options available to us. A colour was agreed and dated planned in, Scott and team arrived early and got cracking, The whole job was completed to the highest standards and we’re still amazed and beautiful it looks. A massive thank you to Scott and team for our lovely carpet.
