They are a small busy team. Got quotes with most of the main floor installers and very few gave me confidence. Natural Born Flooring installed a bathroom & shower room with Karndean flooring which had a few awkward corners, excellently fitted and finished beautifully. It was not all completed on the same day but they did what they said they would do at a competitive price. Will use again and very happy to recommend.*****
Could not ask for more from a local, friendly and accomplished business. Excellent choice and value for money and they could not be more accommodating. Even when only given short time scales, they deliver with ease. Ross and the team are super-efficient and tidy the results speak for themselves. I won’t go anywhere else for my carpet!
Professional, friendly, and helpful. Ross & Chris ordered flooring from a 3rd party for us as what we wanted wasn't in their range, even though the job was only two rooms. Ross gave helpful advice on new scotia to improve the look of existing flooring which made a huge difference just like new, really for just a small additional cost, and used the overage to nicely fix the interior of a cupboard. Reasonably priced and responsive to queries, and finished the job quicker than expected!
What a fantastic company! The experience from entering the shop to getting the floor fitted was seamless. Colin helped us out hugely with choice and made great suggestions. Ross measured up and challenged our initial ideas and suggested something which he felt was better for our house and he was right! This shows the passion these guys have for getting a job done well. Ross came after work and Christmas Eve to make sure we were all sorted. Brill! We got our whole house done and you definitely get what you pay for. It doesn't look cheap so don't expect it to be cheap!
We’ve just had our stairs, landing and loft recarpeted by Ross and his team, and also had Karndean fitted in two bedrooms. I can’t recommend them enough - they have been eternally patient in helping us decide on carpets and fitting styles, allowing us to change our minds numerous times, then not minding when we had to push back fitting dates several times due to overrunning building time. Their work is immaculate and the results stunning, and the fitters have always been extremely respectful of our home. Excellent customer service from a family run company and we wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
We bought carpets for our lounge and bedroom - Colin and his son gave us great advice and very personal service. They fitted the carpets very professionally, and 6 months later, when British Gas had to take up the carpets to find a leak under the floorboards, Colin came around to tack the carpets back into place - no charge, no hassle! Now that's what I call excellent after sales service. Thanks Colin - I'm so glad we went local, and we'll definitely be recommending you to friends.
