VISITOR CENTRE & i-SITE, so bring the
kids regardless of weather conditions.

Kids loved it!
I loved it for the lack of crowds this year, but 3 hours was just a joke. With how long it took them to clean each ride, sanitising everyone and make sure all kids were 1.5m away, we got 50% just on rides and no trail. Kids keep complaining about all the stuff they missed and I agree, this was terrible. 4hrs would of been so much better.
Went today with my two granddaughters it was so good and the look on there little faces was priceless we had a great day and lots of fun and I will make this a yearly event for the girls
Was a great Christmas experience for the kids, made us feel like we were somewhere else.
An overpriced expensive waste of money. Nothing to do if your kids are disabled. Teenagers overtake the ice rink, bullying the younger kids & being foul mouthed & disrespectful towards the adults when asked to stop & also rude to security guards. If they made this event half the price it would still be too expensive! It's boring!
Had a great day today at Santa's Wonderland, kids had a ball!! We will be back next year
Expensive . There was no concession . Unless you ordered photos you couldn't see Santa. There should be one Santa for no photos
