AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! SCAMMERS-ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! It wasnt long ago when i gave a 5star review for this place. However, i regret that 100%. Once you buy a package from them and pay, you will not be looked after as they have got your money. The first time i went for my session, they treated me with respect and i felt pampered. This changed. And when it came to rescheduling appt, they hated it and stated id lose the session. I spoke to Samantha who was rude on the phone, did not care how i felt and basically shouted down the phone and passed me on to a colleague. Since then i have lost my session and everytime i contact them to find out more about the session i missed, i get ignored! AVOID THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!Service: Laser hair removal

Results were very rapid and the service was excellent. Guys if you get laser done then definitely go to Steph! She is amazing. Don’t want any of my sessions to end! Wish they start all over again. This salon is a pure relaxation. Love all the stylists, hair professionals and beauty therapists. You dont just receive your chosen haircut or colour or pedicure but you also receive useful information on how to maintain and some incredible tips! The salon is clean and very beautifully decorated. The workers work hard and its definitely worth the money on whatever it may be that you go there for. I've been twice for different reasons and I've been more than happy each time!

Highly recommended it. Danny is an excellent experience hairdresser. Did a fabulous job on my hair. Gives you the right advise for your hair too. Very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was friendly, but I didn’t actually get what I really desired, I required 14mm eyelashes but I had 14m in the middle and then 11/12/13mm shorter on the outer/inner sides which wasn’t a great look as It was picked up by friends, definitely not what I expected as i required a glamour look, I often have mink eyelashes and I have been extremely happy with no issues, but these eyelashes were the most uncomfortable lashes ever, my eyes were sore and painful due to the eyelashes & the glue being close to my lids, although I requested them to be further away from my lids. They were so irritable that I simply couldn’t bare the uncomfortableness, and each time I blinked it scratch the bottom inner eye lid, also 3 people approached me to tell me that they did not look great and preferred the ones I had previously, this was a great disappointment as I paid £88 and they were done by Samantha herself. Also further disappointed when I was told £78 over the phone when leaving a deposit of £20 and then charged £88. I had the eyelashes removed within 2 days of having them, now that’s telling you how they effected my eyes. Very very uncomfortable, I had them done on New Year’s Eve and I was trying to find someone to remove them on news years day, but unfortunately everywhere was closed. I don’t often leave a bad review but unfortunately they didn’t meet my expectation and due to the uncomfortableness and pain I had to leave a honest review. However, the staff were really nice.

Sam is an expert in her field. Had henna brows, lash lift and gel nails in the salon. She is efficient, friendly and very proficient. I am really happy with the results and would highly recommend the salon.
