I had a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM, for which I made special arrangements, including organizing care for my two young children and making a dedicated trip to your establishment.nnUnfortunately, I was told my appointment had been shifted to a different time due to walk-ins, despite my booking and punctual arrival. This decision left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Ultimately, I had to seek service elsewhere, resulting in 2.5 hours of wasted time and effort.nnI would appreciate it if you could review this matter and take steps to ensure appointments are respected in the future. A clear policy that prioritizes booked appointments over walk-ins would greatly enhance the experience for your customers.nnThank you for taking the time to address my feedback. 2 visits, for hair touch up and protein treatment. Both times were good experiences. Nisha is quite good and a friendly person. Salon is clean and tidy. One suggestion would be to ask clients for tea/coffee etc. while they're waiting like most salons do. Happy to go back to Nisha for further services.

Nisha did the facial with great finesse. Loved her work. However, the place was beyond hot ....there wasn't any AC or a temp provision of fan etc. Hopefully next time I visit, it's all fixed.

Visited the salon for 1st time. Nisha is a lovely girl. Did an excellent job with Henna application. Hair style, cut and blow dry is well done. Extremely, happy with overall service. Would certainly go back. Highly recommend it.
