Absolutely perfect! No complaints whatsoever, and to be honest I would ignore most if not all of the negative reviews form others as they’re actually quite pathetic. The room smelled amazing the moment we walked in, clean, nicely updated. Everything you would need they had, bathroom products, kitchen utensils and a nice selection of coffees & teas. At check-in they offered free toothbrush&paste, razor and hand-made soap. As well as a couple options to purchase snacks. The lady at the office was absolutely lovely! Ran us over a couple things to remember. The road noise is not bad at all, but if you can’t handle a little noise then don’t book in the city. Parking was good, spa was nice, shower was amazing!! Be mindful of the tiled floor, can be rather slippery. Absolutely no complaints! Bed was firm and to our preference which was great. We will definitely be back. We got an upstairs unit, good view over parking lot so our car was in site, our unit was number 9 and it suited me perfectly as no one needed to walk passed it being the unit on the end.
This place is lovely. Has all the amenities you could possibly need. Our room had all kitchen essentials, microwave, kettle, french press, coffee, milk for our coffee, mini fridge, fan, iron, washing machine, drying rack for clothing, also laundry on site if you need the dryer. Spa jet tub was lovely after a very long day of traveling. Staff are very kind and helpful. Lots of comfort for a modest price!
I really liked this motel and thought it was in a good location with spacious, spotless units. The service was good and I was totally amazed, and impressed, when the manager appeared promptly when we had an issue late one evening and he solved the problem immediately.Rooms: 5/5
Wow great motel clean tidy .lovely friendly staff and for once the bed in the motel was nice and soft .only one complaint loose the sofa bed its dated and very hard to get out of it when its in the sofa mode plus windows need cleaningRooms: 5/5
Our apartment was roomy. Had visitors over for a coffee. Lots of room. Very clean, good shower pressure, heater n loved the scissors to open packets. Managment helpfull, friendly and thoughtful of guests needs. Very central to cafe n bus. Walkable to CBD. Would certainly stay again.Rooms: 5/5

Very nice accommodating people, clean an comfortable accommodation. Had booked in for two nights, but had a emergency so only stayed one night expecting to pay for two nights ,but they only changed us for the one. Would recommend an stay here again.
A nice place to relax. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 bath apartment. The unit was clean and has a nice decor. The kitchen had basic supplies, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, toaster, kettle, some utensils, a couple of pots, and a nice supply of tea and coffee. There's a washing machine in the unit, which is handy when traveling. The office has limited hours, but there is a phone outside the office to call them if you need anything.
For a motel this place is great. Really clean and the beds are super big and comfy. I’d happily stay here any day of the week.
One of the best places to stay in ChCh, have stayed many times and each time room is clean, cosy & comfortable - beds are comfortable, staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
