My name is Bron Smith - Owner/Grower of Ruth's Gardens - Microgreens and Other Edibles (named after my dear-super-gardener-mum who sadly isn't here in person but I know she keeps me growing and learning).
I love healthy, nutritious food, knowing exactly where it comes from and preparing it for family and friends straight from "earth to plate".
So, I started this little business, originally growing and delivering delicious microgreens to chefs and "foodies" around Auckland and now growing and supplying herbs and other premium produce exclusively to Paris Butter - a French inspired bistro restaurant in Herne Bay Auckland, NZ.
My gardens are my special place where I can bring my passion for great food to life for others to enjoy too!
