This cafe looks so nice after being renovated. The staff are so friendly and service is amazing. The food is basic but tastes great. The only criticism we had was that the fried chicken lacked flavor and seasoning, but it was nice and crunchy and cooked perfectly apart from that. But would love more seasoning in the breading.nThe overall vibe is nice enough that I'd definitely go back.

Recommended to me by a friend and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the sirloin steak, mushroom sauce with chips. The steak was cooked as requested - medium and well presented. The eggs were extra at $3 each. Overall the meal was good but a little pricey, almost at restaurant prices and the eggs were very expensive - $36 a dozen. Making a profit is great but 100%++ mark up is ridiculous.nThe cappuccino was very good.nOverall I would go back again.

I called in for lunch on a Friday. The cafe was busy but still had tables available for my group. The service was friendly and professional, and the food Big Breakfast for me was tasty and well-priced. I definitely recommend the chocolate/banana/peanut butter drink!!! So delicious!!!

The all-day breakfast is easily the best thing on the menu, and I always ask for a side of hollandaise, so often that the male staff member at the counter remembers me. That alone says a lot about the level of customer service here: personal, attentive, and genuinely friendly.nnI’ve worked in hospitality for many years, and this place is simply brilliant. The food is fresh, well-executed, and priced exactly where it should be for the area, fair, reasonable, and in line with standard cafe margins.nnI’ve seen some of the negative reviews and, honestly, I disagree with a number of them. This is a counter-service cafe, not a full table-service restaurant.nnEvery time I come here, it’s packed and for good reason. Service is fast because it’s counter service, the atmosphere is buzzing, and the food delivers every time. I love coming here and will keep coming back

Lovely food! It’s always fresh and hot. Corn fritters are a favourite of mine - they’re packed with goodness and come paired with a lovely relish. The coffee is more than halfway decent excellent in my opinion and I’ll admit, I cannot resist their gingerbread men. The staff are friendly and always provide quality service.
