Story

Accommodation with a difference - detached from the house for your privacy, our lovely bedsit room with own ensuite and tea and coffee facilities to be enjoyed looking over lovely lake views. Breakfast provided for your convenience (continental - a selection of cereals and toast) that you can make at your leisure in your kitchenette complete with toaster jug, microwave and fridge. For your evening meal we can recommend several local restaurants or by arrangement and extra charge join in with our family for a homestay environment or a home cooked meal delivered to your room. Our Pet dog does not chase cats and loves to play with other friendly dogs by arrangement.
The property is lawn to lake - bring your boat and tie up to our private jetty!
Activities (by arrangement):
• Outings in our boat to the nearby Rotoiti hot pools or glow worm caves (accessible by boat only)
• Water sports
• Kayaks, and stand up paddle boards for hire (lifejackets of various sizes available)
• Day fishing trips – lake (lake Rotoiti is seasonal, Other close lakes may not be

We are located around 20 minutes from Rotorua city centre, and around 30 minutes from Te Puke. We can pick you up from the airport or city centre. Off street parking. Please message for dates of your stay and your specific requirements.
All though this is detached accommodation please no smoking indoors as this is a family residence.
