Awa lodge was a beautiful place for our whanau reunion. Plenty of space to relax & a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. Beautiful place to go for a walk and explore the scenery & maybe relax in the spa in the evening Loved it, the hosts are lovely too

Our group 18 had such a nice time. Although the weather kept us inside the building was easily warmed by the fire. The building itself is quite unique and allows both the gathering of a group of that size and the separation into different groups. The feeling given by both the host Joss and the venue was relaxed and friendly.

Wow!! Great place to stay for family... Large or small. Fabulous caring hosts...such a lot of space and awesome food! We're going back again

Joss & Wayne made us feel like part of there family. It was the little things for me that made it a pleasant stay, like feeding the goats all the leftovers and stoking the fireplace to add to the homestead ambience. They also arranged a Hangi for our family gathering which was also superb.

I hired this for my wedding. Was the best place to fit a whole family. Nice and afordable. It also rained so ended up getting married down stairs. Best day ever. Also beautiful owners. Had it for the 5th-7th June 2016

love visiting , Rotorua has lots to do and on offer . Our teenagers love staying , plenty room for every one kids enjoy exploring , we relax and have time out . Awesome stays at Te Awa . This whare was built with a whole lot of love and you feel it when u arrive. Joss and Wayne are fabulous hosts ..
