Great service and friendly staff with professional support. Went to install the roof rack and roof top tent before Christmas. Driven all the way down to Queenstown from Auckland. Had a great holiday and excellent experience. Highly recommend their services. Cheers

Great service - they were so helpful in fitting our Thule racks and then solving a problem we were having with positioning our sea kayaks. Greg also solved our issue of tying the front of our kayaks to our new Kona by suggesting and fitting a simple and cheap device to fasten the rope to. Highly recommend RRC - brilliant job.

Lance was awesome - I phoned through enquiring about roof racks for my BMW - Lance took the time to make recommendations and explain everything on the phone. I visited that afternoon, and he made time to install my new roof racks. They look awesome. Lance is very knowledgeable, he ensured I had all the information and that I was happy! Excellent range of items and awesome service. Staff were extremely helpful and took the time to show me the different options and explain the pros and cons for each kind of roof rack. Having them install it was a bonus too. They were so good and quick. Will shop here again

The family that own this place are so helpful and kind. I turned up needing roof racks with a quick turnaround. I had sleeping children in the car and was feeling a bit frazzled. I left with the roof racks already installed, having had a great chat with the owners, and actually feeling more relaxed than I had walked in! They know their stuff, they can help immediately if it's in stock, or are realistic about when things can come in. Thanks for being so helpful!

These guys are great. Saw an advert on Facebook, clicked on it and then got everything organised over Facebook messenger. Their communication was great. Booked in and got roof bars fitted in 30mins where other shops had said it wasn’t even possible for our car. Really friendly and professional job. Would highly recommend!

Have bought a number of racks from here, and just recently a roof box. Cant fault them in any way, friendly, communicative and helpful! definitely the go to place for roof rack needs, cant recommend enough , cheers guys
